The Softbase Mobile Service is now available at no cost to all Softbase users, providing an accessible tool for enhancing operational efficiency.

Upon launching the application for the first time, users are advised to navigate to Preferences to input their API details prior to logging in. For assistance with API and login specifics, contacting your company's IT department is recommended.

This mobile application serves as a valuable resource for technicians, enabling effective management of their daily tasks associated with Work Orders assigned via Softbase 3.0 Desktop.

Notably, the application supports both online and offline modes, allowing technicians to execute a variety of functions, including:

 <li>Clocking in and out of Work Orders</li>
 <li>Documenting comments related to the Work Order</li>
 <li>Obtaining customer signatures for work approval</li>
 <li>Recording parts utilized on Work Orders</li>
